What you are buying

NOVA is an editable Framer website template, delivered digitally through a Framer remix link with a setup guide. The price is USD 49 as a one-time purchase. Applicable taxes are included in the advertised USD 49 price; review the final checkout total before paying.

Framer hosting, domains, paid Framer plans and third-party services are separate. NOVA does not include a shopping cart, payment processing, inventory, shipping, tax calculation, order management, a newsletter backend or a contact-form backend. You are responsible for configuring any external checkout or services used on your finished website.

One-website license

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive license to use and modify NOVA for one end website, either your own website or one client's website. Commercial use and paid client work are allowed. A separate end website requires a separate purchase.

You may keep private development, staging and backup copies for that same end website. You may hand over the completed website and its editable Framer project to that client. This does not grant a right to reuse the template for another website.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or give away NOVA as a template, starter kit or competing digital product, whether unchanged or modified. Do not publish or distribute the purchase remix link or template source files. Necessary access by collaborators working on the licensed website is allowed; it does not grant them rights to reuse the template elsewhere.

The purchase licenses the template; it does not transfer ownership of UnderLoop's template design. Fonts, platform components and any third-party services remain subject to their respective terms.

Digital delivery and refunds

Access is supplied digitally after successful payment. If your remix link is unavailable or you encounter an issue with the original template, contact underloopstudio@gmail.com with your purchase reference and a description of the problem.

UnderLoop generally does not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds after digital access has been supplied. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content, or the applicable Stripe Managed Payments refund policies. Those rights and policies take precedence over this statement.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, immediate access alone does not remove it. Any loss of that right for digital content requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgment. Your rights remain intact where those requirements have not been met.

For purchases handled by Stripe Managed Payments, use the payment-support route shown at checkout or on your receipt for payment and refund questions. UnderLoop handles template access and product-support questions. Refund requests are considered under applicable law and the payment provider's applicable policies; no particular outcome is guaranteed by this page.

Included support

Email underloopstudio@gmail.com for help with remix access, clarification of included features, the setup guide, and reproducible issues in the original NOVA template.

Support does not include custom development, design or content changes, third-party integrations, Framer account or billing support, debugging buyer modifications, or ongoing website maintenance. No guaranteed response time, unlimited support or lifetime updates are included in the purchase. These support limits do not restrict any remedies required by law.

Demo content

NOVA is a fictional demonstration brand. Its imagery is AI-generated, and product information, prices and editorial content are illustrative. Replace demo material with accurate content for your own business. No product efficacy, skincare or medical claims are supplied for use in a real business.

Before publishing your website

Review the setup guide, replace demo contact information, configure any external services, and test your finished website on desktop and mobile. Check keyboard navigation, reduced motion and the two included global accessibility code entries after publishing.
